GTTBA President's Message

2021 - 2022

It is a pleasure to present to you our virtual 51st Annual Yearbook, as due to the pandemic, a hard copy version will not be printed. To our many advertisers, we look forward to your continued support in the future. This year, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are still seeing a very different season, as Bowling Lanes struggle to stay open, or if they do open, trying to safely set up bowling in a social distanced and clean and safe environment. Follow the safety guidelines set up by Regional Health, the Mayor, Provincial Health, and the Provincial Premier. If you are sick, stay home.

We look forward to another successful year. Our association continues to look for ways to improve our service to you, the bowlers. We encourage you to participate in our youth and adult tournaments and also to attend our annual meeting to learn more about our association.

Bowling is a great sport! Many friendships have started while bowling in a league or tournament. As we commence a new season I encourage you to help our sport grow by inviting a friend to bowl with you.

My thanks is extended to you, the members of our Association, for your patience and support, and to the Board of Directors of this Association who help wherever they are needed and whose selflessness of time, as volunteers, is immeasurable. Without your dedication we could not be successful.

If you are mailing documents to the Association, please use the new mailing address since the Association no longer has an office.

Best wishes for a great bowling season.
