FIFTYSECOND ANNUAL YEARBOOK

The averages in this book are the averages that were reported by the League Secretary for May 31st, 2022. The Women's and Men's averages contained herein are the final averages for all CTF sanctioned leagues a bowler bowled in the GTTBA. The HIGHEST AVERAGE IS LISTED AND IS THE LEGAL FINAL AVERAGE TO BE USED FOR LEAGUE OR TOURNAMENT PURPOSES UNLESS TOURNAMENT RULES STATE OTHERWISE. Only the names of those bowlers who purchased CTF membership cards will appear in these listings.

You will notice that in the average listings there are 5 columns following the bowler's name. The first column gives the bowler's gender, second shows the league(s) the bowler bowled in, the third is the number of pins knocked down in league play, the fourth column gives the number of games bowled by the individual, and the last column shows the bowler's final average for each CTF sanctioned league in which a bowler has competed.

DEFINITION OF SYMBOL

Any special conditions regarding the averages will have a Code shown to the right of the average, for example, S = Sport Average and C = Challenge Average. 2021-2022 Bowler's Averages Yearbooks will not be available from the Greater Toronto Tenpin Bowling Association (GTTBA). Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there will be no hard copy version of the printed yearbook. The files will updated on the GTTBA web site as they become available.

The GTTBA Averages Yearbooks contain most of the information on these web pages in one book and make a handy reference for Tournament Bowlers who wish to make sure that they are using their highest Yearbook Averages for entering Tournaments in Canada or the USA. The Averages listed in the 2021-2022 Yearbook are the ones posted for May 31, 2022. League Secretaries will also find the GTTBA Averages Yearbooks information to be a handy reference when starting up their Leagues for the Fall or Summer sessions, and when new bowlers are joining the league.

NOTE: Summer 2017 League Averages are posted on the web site but are not included in the 2016 - 2017 Yearbook due to the time of printing.

NOTE: There have been a few mistakes noted in the 2006-2007 GTTBA Yearbook which were resultant due to a programming glitch, some of the averages are not posted in the 2006-2007 GTTBA Yearbook. If you do not see your average in the book, or the average is wrong, please contact the Greater Toronto Tenpin Bowling Association, as there have been some further corrections sent in. There is a more current listing of the Bowler's Averages on this web site. This same problem was also seen in the 2005-2006 GTTBA Yearbook.
